  • CASE STUDY A

    Client A, an international oilfield services provider have been providing foreign specialists to offshore Sabah. In 2013, national security issues in East Sabah led to Malaysian immigration tightening work entry conditions.

    The solution: The client who was using another agent at that time, turned to us to meet the stricter requirements. One of our Work Permits Business Manager well versed with Sabah immigration process, minimized their rejection risk and enhanced compliance.

  • CASE STUDY B

    Client B, an Oil and Gas Operator was recently awarded acreage in offshore Sabah. This marked their first entry into the Malaysian market. Their personnel was to enter in batches as their operations progressively scaled up. Being brand new here, Empire Maju was selected to provide services for their operations in East Malaysia.

    The solution: Meetings were held to understand the clients needs and the entry schedule for their batches. We diverted resources to meet the demand when a batch came in. Consequently, we contributed positively to the PSC’s time to profitability.

  • CASE STUDY C

    Client C, equipment specialist provider based in West Malaysia won a contract in Sarawak, but they're based in WM and previously have no business in the state.

    The solution: Local immigration laws in Sarawak requires permit applicants have official business representation in-state. With support from Empire Maju, an immigrations compliant arrangement was made without the client representative needing to set foot in Borneo.
